Quyên, Gwen for non-Vietnamese, owns and is the driving force behind the renowned restaurant Little Asia in Brussels. Born and raised in Vietnam, she came to Belgium at fourteen and is the best possible example of enthusiasm and passion for her homeland and her kitchen. Quyên has been passionate about Vietnamese cuisine from childhood. Her focus on fresh and healthy produce brings her to the market where she selects quality ingredients and finds happiness. With typical Vietnamese flavours and fresh aromas, she pays a tribute to the food culture of her homeland. Little Asia is well known in and around Brussels.
